Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7 pm to 8:30 pm, offering a comprehensive training experience focused on foundational techniques and real-world application.

These sessions are exclusively for adults, providing an environment tailored to mature learners.

Please note that to enroll, students must first be members of the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Hawaii Association.
